Cancellation Policy

To book a private event, simply choose your preferred date, describe the event, and provide the number of participants. We require a minimum of 15 people at $40 per person to book a private event. Fewer than 15 People: If you wish to host a private event with fewer than 15 participants, we can still accommodate you, but full payment for 15 people will be required. A nonrefundable deposit of $150 is required to secure the event date. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours before the event. Private events are available in the evenings or on weekends only.
